• Corrections. If a ratio, a specification or a piece of equipment guidance on this site is wrong, tell us and point at the manual or the decal. Errors get fixed rather than argued about.
• A machine we have not covered. Tell us the make, model and rough year and what the fuel cap says, and it helps us decide what to add next.
• Something broken: a page that will not load, a chart that prints badly, a calculator result that looks wrong on your device or in your language.
• Translation problems in the Spanish pages. The site is bilingual and reader corrections are the main way the Spanish copy improves.
• Business enquiries, including advertising, licensing the charts, and press.

We cannot diagnose your engine by email. Questions like whether a specific saw is repairable after a seizure, or what jetting to run, need someone with the machine in front of them: your dealer or a small-engine shop is the right call.

We also cannot tell you the ratio for an unidentified machine with more authority than its own decal. If the decal and manual are both gone, the ratio pages explain which way to guess and why the richer guess is the safer one.

This is a small independent site, so replies are not instant. Everything is read, corrections are prioritised, and messages that need a real answer usually get one within a few days.

If you are writing about a correction, including the source (a manual page, a photo of the decal, a manufacturer specification page) turns a message that needs a conversation into one that can be acted on straight away.
